Riverside Engraving does not charge a restocking fee for any returns.

My order was damaged in shipping. What should I do?

If your order was damaged in shipping please save all packing materials and containers. It is very important you keep these materials for shipping claims to be made. Please contact us and we will arrange to have a replacement sent out as soon as possible.

Is there a Saturday delivery service available?

Depending on your location Saturday delivery service may be available for an additional cost.

What is the free shipping policy?

At Riverside Engravings ground shipping is always free. Orders are typically shipped within 1 to 4 business days depending on the scope of the engravement. Delivery time normally takes 7-10 business days from date of shipment. We also offer overnight or two day delivery service.

How soon will I receive my order?

Orders are processed as soon as we receive them. Most products are shipped in 1-4 business days (Monday – Friday). Our free shipping service will usually take around 7-10 business days. Overnight and Second Day shipping are also available.

When will my order ship from Riverside Engraving?

Orders placed before 12:00pm Eastern Standard time generally will ship between 1-4 days later.

What shipping carrier will ship my order?

We deliver via UPS and USPS. The carrier used in the shipment of your order depends on which products are involved.

Can I make changes to my order?

Once an order has been placed changes cannot be made online. If you need to change your order please contact a customer care representative immediately for assistance. If the order has not been started we can make changes. Personalized items that have been completed cannot be cancelled or changed.
